Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products that we sent by mistake that differ from the ones ordered and paid for.
Damaged packaging in shipping causing exposure of the product.
Material defect in the product or packaging
We don’t require a receipt or proof of purchase as your information will be in our PayPal Account.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
If you provide us the wrong address in your order from PayPal or other card processor, we will refund the cost of the item returned to us but not the shipping cost. If you want the item shipped to another address you pay for the additional postage. So make sure your shipping address is current with PayPal.
We may, at our discretion and on a case by case basis refund product that does not meet the above criteria, but, the customer must email us first before we consider. We will respond in writing with our decision. Do not ship any product back without an approval first. Shipping will be deducted from the refund, if approved.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied (minus shipping if it’s not or fault) to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider shipping by USPS Priority Mail that has a tracking system so you can verify you sent the item and have a proof of delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
